Tolya Yul-Bataar is a Canon Character from the Grisha / Shadow & Bone Universe. Characterization is a blend of canon elements from both the Grisha novels (Trilogy and Duology) and the Netflix Original Show, with additional development through personal Headcanon.       Tolya Yul-Bataar is the twin brother of Tamar Kir-Bataar, both of them Grisha Heartrenders born of a Grisha Mother and Shu Han Mercenary Father. Tolya has operated as a mercenary, a member of Sturmhond's crew, a member of the Soldat Sol, and (eventually) a member of Nikolai Lantsov's personal guard.      He fought with Alina Starkov during the events of the Shadow and Bone trilogy, and pledged himself to protecting her as he would his own sister. Despite being Grisha, Tolya usually fights with a variety of weapons, primarily blades.

      Tolya is considered the 'Stoic Twin,' but that does not make him less notable in personality than Tamar. He is inherently courageous, dedicated to honor, and intensely loyal to both Alina and Nikolai. He bears an avid interest in and excellent memory for epic poetry in both Shu and Ravkan, and has been known to recite his favored poems (out loud) at any given moment.      Like many who have lived in Novyi Zem, Tolya believes that Grisha power originates from divine gifts, and holds close adherence to the sanctity of his own abilities. As a Corporalnik (a member of The Order of the Living and the Dead), he is hyperaware of his capacity to harm others from the inside out, but does not flinch away from doing what is necessary in a fight.      During to the events of Ruin and Rising, Tolya is trapped beneath fallen rock when an underground cavern collapses, and it is revealed that he has speluncaphobia (a fear of caves and underground places). To cope with his fear, he recites epic poetry out loud to keep himself from panicking, with mixed results.      Tolya has expressed contentment in being perpetually single, saying once that he has his Faith and his Books and has "never wanted more." That said, he does form strong platonic and familial bonds with others, including Alina and Nikolai. He is not opposed to companionship, but is unlikely to seek it out.

      Tolya and Tamar's mother was a Grisha in the Second Army, stationed on Ravka's southern border when she met their father, a Shu Han mercenary. Upon her death, she made their father promise to not let the Twins be drafted into the Second Army, and so the family relocated to Novyi Zem. This is where Tolya and his sister grew into adulthood, raised in the Church and educated on their abilities by Zowa teachers in the west.More To Be Added

Lord Siberius Vaako

Lord Siberius Vaako is a Canon Character from the Pitch Black/Chronicles of Riddick Universe. Characterization has been taken from the 2004 and 2013 films, with significant development through personal Headcanon.

Not much is known about Vaako's origins, nor the planet he was born to before the Necromonger Fleet arrived and performed mass-conversion upon its inhabitants. He remembers little of his childhood, only brief glimpses of a life that feels more like a dream, locked away in his psyche and shared with no one.Converted young, Vaako stood out immediately among the grunt-level Necromonger troops for his aptitude in combat, both armed and unarmed. He was well liked by his superiors for his unquestioning loyalty and lack of ambition, and seemed content to excel as a middle-ranked officer indefinitely. But then he met his future Dame, who saw the potential in him for much more. Their bonding led to Siberius's swift advancement through the ranks, both by political manipulation and through issued challenges. In short order, Vaako became one of the youngest Commanders in the history of the Necromonger Elite. And though many resented his rise to First Among Commanders, none could fault his dedication to their cause or their people.(More to Come detailing his position during the events of The Chronicles of Riddick)

Vaako is an intense individual with an ironclad faith in his purpose. He often takes himself too seriously, though he can be ribbed into good humor (particularly via the camaraderie of his fellow soldiers). And though he's an accomplished warrior, he does not relish the act of harming others absent purpose. In short: Vaako does not commit violence for the sake of violence. Even when engaging in planetary assaults, he prefers to squash resistance quickly and efficiently, and to spare the new subjugates from death in favor of purification and conversion.(more to be added)

Warren Peace is a Canon Character from Disney's Sky High Universe. Characterization is pulled primarily from the 2005 Film Sky High, with significant influence from personal Headcanons. Faceclaim is Steven Strait. As written by Spirit.

Warren Peace was born to a blended family. His father was the supervillain Barron Battle, while his mother was the empath and hero known as [REDACTED]. Warren's powers manifested both as enhanced strength and durability, and (more notably) Pyrokinesis.When Warren was still young, The Commander arrested Barron Battle in a highly publicized grudge-match turned law trial. In in defeat, Warren's father was convicted and sentenced to a Quadruple life sentence with no option for parole until after his third life-term. Warren has not seen him since.Because of his family's somewhat unusual circumstances, Warren has often found himself on the outside of the Hero community, and neither counts himself as Villain nor Hero. To help his mother make ends meet, he holds down a steady job at the Paper Lantern in rural Maxville.More to Come

Warren's personality can best the summarized as Short Tempered. But his general recalcitrance is largely a front he uses to keep people at arm's length. He struggles to trust others, especially those in the Hero community, and is just stubborn enough never to willingly admit when he needs help.At his core, Warren bears an instinct for caring about others, a strong sense of equity and fairness, and a willingness to help those he considers his friends.

Quynh is a Canon Character from Image Comic’s The Old Guard Universe. Characterization is pulled primarily from the Netflix Film The Old Guard, and (very) selectively from the Graphic Novels by Greg Rucka. As written by Spirit.

Quynh, sometimes referred to as Noriko, is an immortal woman of Vietnamese birth. Her age is difficult to determine, though it is suspected she first died and rose again as an immortal around the 2nd Century BC.Little is known about the first half-millennia that Quynh spent wandering alone in the world. By the time Andromache the Scythian found her, Quynh was half mad from persistent death and loneliness. They would be the first of their kind to find one another, bound for eternity.Andy and Quynh traveled and fought together in countless wars, across innumerable centuries. They eventually discovered another immortal, Lykon, and the three made up a team. But Lykon’s immortality failed him one day, and Quynh watched him die on the battlefield, her questions of Why and How left unanswered.In the 12th Century, Quynh and Andy were joined by Yusuf Al Kaysani and Nicolo Di Genova, two younger immortals that were forged simultaneously outside the walls of Jerusalem. The foursome traveled the continents for six hundred years, helping people where they could and fighting for causes they perceived as just.Andy and Quynh were in England in the 1700s, attempting to help those accused of hearsay and witchcraft to freedom, when they were captured and hung as witches themselves. Neither immortal woman died, so Church officials proceeded to kill them over and over again in increasingly inventive ways. Viktor Vector is a Canon Character from CD Projekt Red's Cyberpunk 2077 Universe. Characterization is pulled primarily from the game content, but heavily influenced by headcanon and canon divergence. As written by Spirit.

In his youth, Viktor rose to noteriety as a heavyweight boxer in his home district of Watson, a member of the Night City Devils Boxing Club. He boxed in the Watson Boxing Grand Prix, eventually coming in 2nd place in the finals. Nearing his late twenties, Vik left the life of a professional boxer behind (though he remains an avid fan of live and televised boxing matches), and looked for work elsewhere. His years of experience as a ringside physician gave him the knowledge to adopt a somewhat lower-risk role as a back-alley ripperdoc, and he established a modest practice out of the basement of Misty's Esoterica. It turns out that, in addition to his healing abilities, Vik bears a natural talent for installing, modifying, and repairing Cyberware. His skills quickly earned him the informal title of 'Best Ripperdoc in Watson.'Vik's shop sees a steady amount of business thanks to a local fixer who insists on outfitting her mercs with the latest implants. This is how he comes to know V and Jackie Welles, developing a comfortable rapport with the duo over the first six months of their careers in Night City. By the time they are in contact with Dexter DeShawn, Vik counts V and Jackie amongst his closest friends.When V comes to Viktor for implants for the upcoming heist, Viktor accepts an IOU from V and gives them both an enhanced grip and a new Kiroshi ocular implant. V is overwhelmed by the unexpected generosity, but Viktor claims it's an investment to make sure V returns alive to pay it off. When V later offers him money for the debt, Viktor tries to refuse it and argues (in vain) that V is better off using the cash for something else.When V is brought to Viktor by Takemura following Dex's betrayal, Vik does everything in his power to keep them alive and their Cyberware from crashing. He's able to stabilize them, but then has to break the news that the Relic inside V is slowly overwriting their mind with Johnny Silverhand's engram. Worse, as skilled as Viktor is, he has no means of saving V, and can only continue to offer his support as a ripperdoc to mitigate the pain of losing their sense of self. This failure to save his friend, compounded with the grief of Jackie's death, weighs heavily on Vik.Later, Viktor attends Jackie's ofrenda. He leaves a pair of boxing gloves as an offering, explaining that Welles was the first person he trained who managed to knock him out in single hit. The memory, and the service, is painfully emotional, but it does help Vik heal, even if only a little bit. Though he has lost one dear friend, the ripperdoc finds in himself a new determination, and dedicates his days to seeking a way to save V's consciousness.

Viktor Vector is actually one of the living legends of Night City - a fact he's been trying to get people to forget for years. He's a man of principle, an old-school tough-guy from the streets for whom honor and morals were forged in the Night City Devils boxing clubMore To Be Added
